Yes, but unfortunately, drunken young men aren’t likely to take notice of any ban to be honest, you would only be preventing those who actually jump responsibly from taking part.

i think it should be banned except for people who are part of some kind of organisation where they are properly taught about it and have some kind of certification to say they understand the risks etc. so ppl like u could do it, but not drunken young men trying to show off in front of their mates
